Instructions on accessing software downloads for Palo Alto Networks based products.
(Note: A valid Customer Support Portal (CSP) account is needed to access the software)

I created an OVA for my team and put it up here (Note, this isn't the official release now offered by PANW): - 229596. Virtual machine. The Palo Alto Networks Education Services. PAN-OS for VM-Series Base Images and download the OVA image. For example, PA-VM-ESX-9.0.0.ova. Extract the Open Virtualization Format (OVF) file from the OVA image and import the OVF file in to your vCloud Air catalog.

Procedure

Download Palo Alto 9.1 Ova

1. Open a browser and go to the CSP website
2. Login with a valid Support Account
3. On the left pane, navigate to Updates and select either Software Updates or Dynamic Updates. Refer to the Additional Information section of this article for more info on available software selection

4. Filter by the product to narrow down the results.

5. By clicking on file name under the download column, you have successfully downloaded the file

Downloads are only available based on the device that you purchased and has a valid support
That is, if only PA-200 support is purchased, only the OS download for the said device can be downloaded.
That is the same for subscription license, if only TP license is purchased, only TP updates will be available

Palo Alto Networks VM-Series Virtualised Firewall

The Palo Alto Networks VM-Series features three virtualised next-generation firewall models – the VM-100, VM-200, and VM-300.
